If this is your first time at our studio, we recommend purchasing the Into 4 Pack of privates for $420! Even if you plan on doing group classes mostly, privates are the best way to start to learn Pilates.

Private Sessions

We offer private 1-on-1 training sessions or semi-private (you and a partner) sessions. For semi-private sessions you must come with a partner already as we do not match up clients.

Group Classes

We also offer weekly group reformer classes (max 7 clients), tower classes (max 10 clients), and mat classes (max 11 clients).

Teacher Training

We have our own classical pilates teacher training program with an emphasis on intuitively teaching to the body in front of you. This program was developed by Cary Regan who began teaching under Romana Kryzanowska in the late 70s.
